Welcome to the FOCUS: Resource Centre - Program Records Area
Program Records are a formalized means of capturing descriptive and measurable information of programs that are/have been carried out in a community. Each program record will give details on several aspects of a program.
The types of information collected in a program record include:
- Name and description of the program
- Issues addressed
- Program objectives that the particular program meets
- Settings in which the program was delivered
- Audiences who benefited from the programming
- Various types of outputs
- Products may include ads, how to manuals, brochures, etc
- Events may include group presentations, workshops, etc
By sharing this information, FOCUS hopes to encourage the sharing of ideas and experiences, as well as the successes and lessons learned of alcohol and other drug prevention programming that is being carried out.
